DJ Pucci House Party - Festa in Casa Firenze is a personal archive of my DJ nights: historic recordings, recovered from old cassettes, that tell the story of over thirty years of music and dance floors.
The idea was born from a Saturday night at the Manila Disco in Campi Bisenzio (Florence), between 1991 and 1995. Those were historic years, spent behind the decks alongside Carlo Conti and legendary actor Novello Novelli, as well as two friends, Daniele and Roberto. Unrepeatable evenings, where vinyl music mixed with live music from the Hully Gully show, a true house party where everyone was a protagonist, with Zelig-style performances (which didn’t yet exist) featuring fantastic Tuscan comedians. The sold-out sign was posted within an hour of opening.
For years, those cassettes remained locked away in drawers along with many other recordings from other nightclubs. Then one day I listened to them again, and I realized something: that music still brings me the same serenity and energy as it did back then. It’s not nostalgia for nostalgia’s sake—it’s rediscovering, in three minutes of a well-mixed record, the exact state of mind of that evening, of those people, of that moment.
Festa in Casa was created to share all this.

Access to the recordings requires free registration: a space designed for those who shared those evenings and want to rediscover them, not a public archive open to all.
